                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF CERTAIN STREETS IN THE HIGHLAND
                   PARK AREA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
                   HEREIN, ON SUNDAY, JUNE 13, 1993 FOR "THE
                   LESBIAN AND GAY PRIDE PARADE/MARCH"
                   SPONSORED BY THE CHATTANOOGA PRIDE
                   COMMITTEE, UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
                  
                   
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closure of the northbound curblane of Holtzclaw Avenue
       between Main Street and McCallie Avenue and the temporary closure 

       of the north curblane of McCallie Avenue between Holtzclaw Avenue 

       and Warner Park from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 13,
       1993 for "The Lesbian and Gay Pride Parade/March" sponsored by 
the
       Chattanooga Pride Committee provided that the sponsors shall
       install and remove all barricades and traffic signs in accordance 

       with the traffic control plan attached hereto and shall provide,
       at all times, an access lane for emergency vehicles.
